The display of goods on the CarpLife Products / Bivvy Loo website amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell products or services at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between the customer and CarpLife Products Ltd unless, and until, an e-mail is sent by CarpLife Products Ltd confirming that your order is complete is being shipped. An e-mail stating that we have received your order does not confirm that your order has been accepted.

Please note for orders placed with BFPO delivery addresses there will be an additional surcharge of £12.60 for which we shall invoice you before we can dispatch your parcel.  CarpLife Products Ltd only accept liability for delivery of any BFPO addressed order to BFPO HQ Ruislip, HA4 6DQ. 

The shipping e-mail amounts to an acceptance by CarpLife Products Ltd of your offer to buy goods from CarpLife Products Ltd. This acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not your receive the e-mail. CarpLife Products Ltd are free to withdraw from a perspective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies to any error or inaccuracy in the respect of goods, any description applied to goods, the availability of goods, promotional codes or the order itself. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

CLEARPAY

Please use Clearpay responsibly. Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit so you can pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every 2 weeks. You must be 18+ and a permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands). T&Cs and other eligibility criteria apply.

 

Ensure you can make repayments on time. Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if it’s still unpaid 7 days later. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £36 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future and they may pass unpaid debt to a debt collection agency.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS POST BREXIT

​

For orders under £135, the price paid by a customer for an order which is delivered to the E.U includes all duties and import VAT at the relevant rate for the country of delivery. There will be no additional charges to the customer.

For orders over £135 we will refund the VAT paid by the customer and there will then be duties and import VAT to be paid by the customer when the goods arrive in the EU. The duty will be approximately 6.5% of the purchase price but some couriers also add a small charge to this.

If the customer does not pay the duty and taxes and take delivery of the goods, they will be returned to us. Any additional charges that we encounter from this process will be deducted from any refund provided to the customer.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (GENERAL)

Except as specifically stated on this site, neither CarpLife Products Ltd nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. Partners and employees of this company may not be held liable for damages relating to either the capital cost of any equipment purchased from CarpLife Products Ltd.

ILLEGAL ACTS

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic ‘fingerprints’ of every order placed on this website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.
